Get Out of Pocket ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Out of Pocket: Phone Gone Wild mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use our App.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our own servers. The App does not require account creation, login, or registration.
All gameplay data and settings are stored locally on your device only and are not accessible to us.
The App integrates third-party services that may collect information independently:
These services operate under Google's privacy policies. We do not have direct access to the data they collect.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads.
On iOS, you may be prompted to allow or deny tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve the App. Firebase collects aggregated, anonymized usage data. Learn more at Firebase Privacy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not have access to personal data to share.
Third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) may share data as described in their respective privacy policies.
All App data (gameplay progress, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
Data collected by Google (AdMob, Firebase) is retained according to Google's data retention policies. We do not control this data.
You can delete all locally stored App data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
For data collected by Google services, you may:
We cannot delete data held by third-party services on your behalf.
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through third-party services, please contact Google directly.
We do not store your data on our servers. Local data on your device is protected by your device's security features. Third-party services implement their own security measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
